Below are excellent examples of commercial projects we have completed.

• The Palisades, Fort Lee, NJ

  General Contractor: A.J.D. Construction
  Mason: Benfatto Construction
  Year Constructed: 2001

  This is a high rise multi-family building. Stone requirements included window sills, copings, pier caps, door surrounds, front facade and entry panel. There are straight and radius copings. The challenges were the size and scope of the project along with last-minute scheduling for products and delivery – ultimate customer service.

• The Marbella, Jersey City, NJ

  Architect: SLCE Architects
  General Contractor: A.J.D. Construction
  Mason: Benfatto Construction
  Year Constructed: 2003

  This multi-family and mixed use building claimed to be the tallest apartment building in New Jersey at the time of construction. The first floor is retail space with living dwellings above. Stone requirements included the front sign, first two story veneers, column baluster, garage bands, panels, copings, cornices and pier caps. Each stone item was required to be anchored uniquely to the steel frame. Other trades followed AAS’s design and shop drawings and the architect praised the drawings for being so precise; a tribute to AAS’s design department.
