The challenge with residential projects is that all items are unique in color and dimensions. This is American Art Stone’s first residential project advantage – Custom Pre-Cast Stone. Every item is custom manufactured to precise sizes and shapes. Also, designers are not limited to a few pre-manufactured baluster designs – Custom baluster designs are available through AAS.

The American Art Stone second residential project advantage is Architectural Support. The architect shares his concept with AAS and refers AAS to the client. AAS then works with the homeowner creating final shop drawings which are submitted to the municipality for approval. AAS works diligently with the homeowner and architect to obtain all necessary municipal approvals and permits.
